There's a spammer is Miyake's blog& said that Baby's face is fairer than the neck.

Firstly, there's a thing called flash, it hits the nearest object/surface, thus it looked brighter.

(this prase dedicated to that particular spammer) Com'on, Why not you go have a plastic surgery done

& move your neck infront of your face so that camera can capture the neck is fairer. .

I was late for half an hour& have to leave early for my work.

Oh ya, a guy asked us to fill up a survey form for don't know what purpose& asked us lots of questions,
